Yes. All programs are completely customizable around your needs. The programs can be around the curriculum, or you may want to focus on service, adventure or creativity, we have expertise in designing the program according to your educational objectives. Just tell us your preferences and leave the rest to us!
Yes. We offer 1 free teacher place for every 20 student enrolled for a national program and every 10 students for an international trip.
The minimum number of participants for any of our trip is 10 and maximum is 100.
Yes. Once the program is finalised, First-Hand Experiences will provide leaflets and brochures. We are happy to hold presentations both online and in person, if needed.
Yes. First-Hand Experiences staff will be at the airport to receive you.
Yes. First-Hand Experiences promises 24/7 support by our staff throughout the program – from airport pickup to drop off.
Flights are not included in the program fee. Moreover, any transportation from departure point to the destination airport is not included.
Yes. All meals are included in your program and, provided First-Hand Experiences is given sufficient advance notice (4 weeks before the departure), all dietary requirements will be catered for.
All the programs are thoroughly risk assessed and safety audited. We provide risk assessments on request.
The duration of the program is up to the school or university to decide.
