Once the program is finalized, the group can apply through the website.
Step 3: Confirmation
After submitting your application, you'll receive a confirmation email. Our team will then review your application to ensure we have all the necessary information, which usually takes up to two working days. You'll then receive a welcome email and a call from our dedicated staff who will be your go-to point of contact to assist with any questions or concerns leading up to your trip.
Step 4: Pre-departure
Your Destination Expert will provide you with all the necessary information and resources before your departure about your accommodation, meals, kit list, etc. We'll also assist with obtaining any necessary visas and, if desired, provide a quote for flights and help with the booking process. Let us take care of the details so you can focus on your exciting adventure ahead.
Step 5: Payment
We will be in touch with you shortly to discuss the payment for the tour. Our team will provide you with all the necessary information and assistance to make the payment process as seamless as possible. We understand that planning and paying for a tour can be stressful, which is why we are here to support you every step of the way.
